The apartment complex Lina d.d. is located in Lumbarda at the island of Korcula inbetween of pine trees next to the sea.
The complex consists of 72 apartments (two to five persons each), an a-la-carte restaurant, pebble beach and parking.
The distance to the department store is approximately 200m, and to the sandy beaches approximately 800m.
The beach is located between the apartment complex and the marina of Lumbarda. At the beach parasols, deck chairs and motor boats can be rented; water sports, refreshing drinks and snacks are offered too.
The a-la-carte restaurant Lina offers dalmatian and other specialties, the famous dry white wine "Grk" from Lumbarda and a fantastic view of the sea, the town Orebic on the peninsula Peljesac and the surrounding islands from its terrace.
Each apartment has
one living room with two sofas and a telephone

the total surface of each apartment with terrace is approximately 40m2
The rent includes

Apartmansko naselje Lina nalazi se na periferiji mjesta Lumbarda na otoku Korčula u hladovini borove šume uz more.
Naselje raspolaže sa 72 apartmana za po dvije do pet osoba, a-la-carte restoranom, plažom i parkingom.
Samoposluživanje se nalazi oko 200m od naselja, a pješčane plaže oko 800m.
Između apartmana Lina i Marine Lumbarda nalazi se šljunčana plaža Lina. Na plaži se gostima nudi najam ležaljki i suncobrana, barke s motorom, razni sportovi na vodi, osvježavajuća pića i snackovi.
A-la-carte restoran Lina nudi dalmatinske i druge specijalitete, vrhunsko bijelo vino Grk iz Lumbarde i fantastičan pogled s terase na more, mjesto Orebić na Pelješcu, kao i na okolne otoke.
Apartmani se sastoje od:
· dnevnog boravka s dva ležaja i telefonom
· spavaće sobe s dva kreveta i mogućim dodatnim ležajem
· kupaonice (tuš/WC)
· kuhinjske niše
· terase, morska strana
Ukupna površina apartmana s terasom je oko 40m2
U cijenu najma su uključeni:
· trošak vode i struje
· upotreba posteljine (zamjena svakih 8 dana)
· upotreba ručnika (zamjena 2 puta tjedno)
· čišćenje apartmana na kraju boravka
· PDV
Stolnjake i kuhinjske krpe je potrebno donijeti sa sobom.
Kućni ljubimci nisu dozvoljeni.
